Returns and Exchange Policy

We understand that it can be tough picking out the right size of LARKS—or of any product for that matter.  We want you to be as happy as possible with you’re choice. So, we give you 30 days (from the day you receive your order) to return or exchange any of our products in any condition.   We think this is fair, and we hope you do too.  Before returning or exchanging any of our products, we ask that you shoot us a quick email at blackbirds@skylarkandking.com and let us know what’s up.  This should allow us to process your request as quickly as possible.

Exchanges and returns should take about a week to process.  If you haven’t heard from us within 1 week, something is wrong.  Email or call us again and we will make it right.
